All NYS rules and regulations are dictated by the Twin Valley Girls Softball League.
Prior to the start of a NYS season we ask you review all League rules as they are known change.

Keep in mind that the strict Code of Conduct is enforced for all players, coaching staff, and spectators. 

If you feel there is a discrepancy with a rules please contact NYS League president who will have the NYS Board  Representative address your concerns with the Twin Valley Girls Softball League in a timely manner.
